The Talk

When you usually date someone, within three months each other, you have “The Talk”. Sometimes it seems that it’s unstated but usually people that are honest, secure, and are willing to communicate, participate in “the talk” of where the relationship is going: becoming boyfriend/girlfriend and fully commit by taking the chance since they are both seeking that. Is it really necessary to have “the talk”?

I don’t like guessing. So to just leave it unstated and go with the flow is not the way to go about it. Who really has time to deal with that bullshit? Not I. So I’ve been seeing this guy for about 3 months, he has kind of rushed the relationship rather quickly. Which has never happened. I like him and I’m going with the flow. I just need to ask him if we are boyfriend and girlfriend. Don’t I? Should I have “the talk”?
